American Home Concepts was conceived by Jonathan Calloway and Richard Schindler. The two met in 1990 and both earned their BS degrees. Together, they bring over 60 years of combined experience in the construction and home remodeling industry.
They both saw a need for a home remodeling company serving the Philadelphia area that cared more about getting a job done right than it did about collecting money at the end of a job.
It turns out that homeowners in the area were also looking for just such a company because we have been growing steadily over the years with a constant stream of referrals from previous customers. Our most frequently received referrals are from bathroom remodeling and kitchen remodeling customers.

You can have peace of mind working with our company knowing that we are a fully legal contractor in the areas we work.
This is a critical question, and you should ask it of any contractor that you will be trusting your home with. Yes, we are fully insured in the State of Pennsylvania. To be specific, we carry $1,000,000.00 of liability insurance that covers personal injury and another $1,000,000.00 worth of coverage for property damage.
